Analysis of rare earth market:
Today, the prices of mainstream products in the rare earth market fluctuated narrowly. The upstream China-Myanmar border is still closed, the price of raw materials has risen, the production capacity of separation plants is limited, and the supply side is slightly tight. Metal factories adjust their production strategies according to the fluctuations in raw material prices and downstream orders, and are under pressure from both sides, making it more difficult to sell products. Among them, the average price of praseodymium neodymium oxide is 450,000 yuan/ton, a price drop of 10,000 yuan/ton; the average price of metal praseodymium-neodymium is 549,300 yuan/ton, a price drop of 30,000 yuan/ton; dysprosium oxide is 1,732,000 yuan/ton, a price drop of 20,000 yuan/ton; terbium oxide is 6,257,500 yuan/ton, a price increase of 37,500 yuan/ton; cerium oxide is 9,900 yuan/ton, a price increase of 20,000 yuan/ton. At present, the prices of mainstream products are stabilizing, and downstream demand is weak. The quotations of praseodymium neodymium products are rationally lowered, the inquiries of dysprosium and terbium products increase, and the lanthanum and cerium products continue to be in a tight spot state, and low-priced sources are scarce. Scrap companies are generally willing to purchase, and rising prices have made purchasing more difficult, so most of them are waiting and watching in the short term. As the supply and demand structure changes, the market may remain volatile in the short term.
