Toepassing van scandiumnitraat:
Scandiumnitraat wordt toegepast in optische coating, katalysator, elektronische keramiek en laserindustrie, zijn ook uitstekende voorlopers voor de productie van ultrahoge zuiverheidsverbindingen, katalysatoren en materialen op nanoschaal. Volgens een nieuw onderzoek kan het ook worden gebruikt als kristal dopant.
